updates- my new birth control is reclipsen. never heard of it until i got put on it. supposedly it's a lower dose pill than ortho-cyclen but my boobs hurt so bad and i only started it on sunday. also i've been stressed out because of school and family problems during the past month.

i'm still only doing massage right now and trying to exercise more.

that's pretty much it for now.
