Hey Elise! I've never used Wonderup, but i've been doing herbs. I know that with doing them, some girls will take a break from them when they feel they've stalled, and if you feel pains or itching after you stop it's usually a sign that the doses were too high. The pains are usually growing pains. I've never experienced this. I've been taking herbs for 6 weeks, and haven't felt anything. I stopped for a week thinking maybe i'd stalled or my doses were too high, but didn't feel anything, so i'm thinking herbs might not be for me.
I would suggest starting your doses out very slowly and pay attention to how your boobs feel with each dose. It's important to not over take the herbs, cause then you will do nothing but flood your body with too much for it to handle. You wanna grow on the lowest dose possible, and once you no longer feel growth from that dose, you can up it a little. But always remember it's important to take breaks from your herbs from time to time and to a cleanse to keep your body from getting clog with unwanted leftovers
I would give anything to be feeling growing pains myself, so consider it a good thing! No pain, no gain! Best of luck
