It's the PC that's inhibiting your luteal swelling. I've been using PC for 4 months now and I get no luteal swelling. whenever I don't apply PC few days later I get the swelling and as soon as I apply it again the swelling goes away. I prefer not getting any luteal swelling so that I can tell when I actually do grow and saves me the frustration of post-period deflated boobs.
