Breaks from pumping

Hi guys! How often do you take a break from pumping? I started noogling 3 months ago and I've been very consistent, I've been pumping every single day for at least 2 hours, but usually 3-4 hours ore more! So I want to take a break this weekend but I'm not sure if it's such a good idea. Do you take a break once in a while?
