I just about had myself talked into starting to take it, now I'm not sure again. I know everyone is different it's just that I struggled with acne SO long and it was so hard on my self esteem. My skin seems to be so temperamental that I'm afraid of doing much of anything that can possibly cause acne. D
Did you see acne at the 1000mg dose or just when you increased? And why did you increase? Is 1000mg not enough to help with NBE?
