According to this map Africans are between an A or a B. Middle eastern have an average of a B cup? That's definitely false, average is atleast a C to more. Arab women are known to be super curvy and pretty much everyone I know is atleast a C cup with big bums and nice thighs.

Americans are a C in average? I would say an A, I've lived in the states when I was younger and all the white girls were between an A or a B. Only ones with large breasts are Latinos and African Americans.
This map is definitely incorrect. How about we make our own map? Everyone can chip in and tell us what they estimate the average size is in their area.

Firstly I don't think the average cups are the womens accurate cups they are more likely if you think of a man imagining that there's a whole handful of difference instead of an inch between each cupsize so think of the stereotype a to d when I was in England with c to d cup I felt extremely flat chested compared to most women.

I know what you mean the Americans I know have small breast no bigger than Cs a lot of the girls are tall and toned though. But in the UK they seem to be pretty big busted mostly actually unlike you said white girls seemed to be curviest there compared to black or middle eastern(even though in weight similar or bigger) at a time I lived for a while in a very black and middle eastern area and I was more curvy than most except white. But the fashion is different Americans work out more but in the UK the ideal is not fat but softer and curvier they use Kelly Brooke( who often says she doesn't work out much) and Keely hazel type body's as examples I kind of like this idea compared to more athletic or skinny models.
Here in Spain the young women have all small even the fatter girls its very very unusual too see bigger than a b in women under 30 then there are quite a few mid age women who have massive ones so I don't know what happened there maybe breast size is less genetic more diet and lifestyle during puberty well maybe in some ways its genetic but caused by hormones so other things can effect this easily.
Like my breast were small but average in my family now they are much bigger and my growth from nbe doesn't appear to be stopping so I am not sure there is a genetic limit to breast size well at least not very restrictive at all.
