The Chinese angelica rose tea. Ingredients: Chinese angelica, the rose, the crystal sugar. Method: the Chinese angelica and the rose flowers directly in water. The water boils, then add the little crystal sugar to blend flavors. Chinese Angelica is different name for DONG QUAI herb. Chinese Angelica Rose Tea above is therefore same as Dong Quai Rose Tea

any tea or tonic contains dong quai or rose should be avoided during periods!!!! best time to drink dong quai tea or tonic is after period.
