For the same size dome.... the regular vs the contoured have the same size opening which means you would still be pulling in skin from the side.... if the next size down is too small.... try binding the two domes together to keep them from drifting over and grabbing the skin under your arm pits... packing tape or even a belt.... maybe not touching... I'd put them on using low pressure and then put a belt around them and tighten the belt them pump to the proper pressure...
