Hey beautiful girls!
Have any of you tried stevia or xylitol? I use both when I'm doing a strict eating plan because neither is metabolized like sugar in the body, both taste sweet, and they are plant derived (stevia is from a leaf and xylitol is from coconut husks). Most Asian grocery stores have xylitol blends, usually cut with raw or brown sugar, and as for stevia, I found the best tasting brand is Truvia
Both will also bake/cook just like sugar, the only difference is that xylitol has a higher melting point than cane sugar, so if you are making something like a caramel you will have to make slight adjustments, but otherwise - no problem!
