But it's in English... it's Thai followed by an English translation. Each capsule contains 350 mg pueraria mirifica. You can tell because the formatting and numbers on the Thai is the same as the English.

Thanks surfer but theres some confusion according to different suppliers of this product. Some say its pure ground herb and others say theres 100mg of extract in the 350 mg so whats the other 250 consist of.
Id hoped the bottle broke it down more...
