hey yall! anyone tried corset training? any advice?
Im also trying to do something tricky where I want to eat a lot of good healthy fats and proteins to gain weight (exercising my butt, going to start noogleberry for bigger breast) while trying to keep a trim waist! any idea how to go about this?
Im planning to eat a lot of healthy food and protein after I work out then Ill put the corset on for the rest of the day and night and when I noogle Ill also be wearing the corset.
