No... the cup is too small and made to just cover the nipple.... you could use it to simulate breast feeding and your prolactin levels should rise and you could lactate! But for pumping you need a dome that covers the entire breast.... you only get growth when the breast tissue is exposed to negative air pressure.... pulling on the front of the breast will do nothing for growth... I have heard of someone who took onto of the breast feeding pumps and plumbed it to some Noogleberry domes.....
