So... puzzle time 
. After much trial and error with the alphabet I got that น้ำหนัก แคปซูลละ = capsule weight. So capsule weight is 350 mg.
It looks like the 100 is for 100 capsules. Nothing on the back seems to indicate it's an extract; the English seems to cover all the Thai except for the 350 mg capsule weight. The only things I don't also see in English on the front are the two words before G 198/45. A little searching revealed that this is the Thai FDA reference number.
