Didn't your breasts change and how?
Maybe a weird question but is there a possibility i can see a picture of your breast/nipple?
Maybe i take the damage to heavy, I'm a bit of a perfectionist and scared.
But what you say about Ford doesn't make sense to me. With driving they do give you prescriptions for example wear a seatbelt. Goverment gives you speedlimitations and so on. The Noogleberry could have make some kind of a suction limit. Make videos of how to use it and the main thing give you a manual/leaflet just like with medicine.
Í am already taking protein shakes like someone up there(dont know atm) already said. And lots of food and vitamine for what its worth. I've been using ice lately and suddenly i got indentions at my breasts I never had. It also brought recovery but to more indentions at the inside of my upper arms and scary enough on my legs..
Well still no companions out there.. too bad!
There can't be a suction limit because everyone needs different amount. In the noogleberry forum is so much information did you read them?
How did you get indents on your legs using noogleberry?
Brava has a suction limit..but i know what you mean. This is a handpump that thing couldnt be done but still i think they should gave me some kind of manual.
At the time i bought it I read everything about fenugreek till lotions..
Also i read about overpumping and that you then should release the pressure.. Which i tried but probably because of hydronoogling(something Lucy cheered on) it didnt work.. so thats it
* Indentions on my legs: Dont know Bonita i do noticed pains in my breasts bad blood circulation, and also sleeping tingling hands feet since then. Having trouble keeping my arms up for a long time like when you brush your hair or carry something heavy. And i didnt got indentions from pumping with noogleberry at that moment i got them on my breast arms and legs when my right breast recovered a bit. He's coming a bit up again.
I have also very quick bruising and the only thing i can think of is a damaged ?capillary?. I wanted medical advice from Lucy because I am afraid to see a doctor. In my country they dont use these devices i think. And special medical care is poor.
