My bottle of PM says

Puerira Mirifica : 100 mg
Vitamin b12 : 500 mcg (which is equivalent to 0.5 mg! not even close to 1 mg)

a higher percentage doesn't always mean a higher dose..

percentage means EXACTLY the dosage compared to RDA (REcommenden Daily Allowance) in percent. 100% would be exactly what you need, everything above is more than you actually need, so 8333% of RDA B12 means really 83 times more than the RDA..higher percentage means exactly higher dose..

Does anyone take Ainterol without cycling, they don't talk about cycling on the homepage, they say 1-2 Pills a day
