No swelling - no growth? Never?

So I've an thread here at breastnexus which says that if you get no swelling in the first 6 months of NB or if you get no long lasting swelling it won't work for you.
What do you guys think about this?
Can anyone proof this or the opposite?
I only get some swelling when I pump for a long time (2 hrs or longer), but I really don't have the time to pump that long every day! I'm grateful if I can noogle 30-60 mins, lol Tongue

So is it senseless for me to carry on with the NB? I'm doing my A levels next year, so I'll have less time than this year.. School is more important than noogling for the next year...
