A perfect vagina is one that can comfortably have sex, birth babies if you want, and let's you go potty when you need to. 
If your vagina is causing you that much distress and discomfort then by all means fix it. It would be very hypocritical of me to tell you to love that part of you when we are all here to grow breasts. There is no perfect vagina and they all come in different shapes and sizes! I couldn't stand mine for a long time because I thought it was fat... seriously. Fat vagina? That's ridiculous.
