Sorry, didn't even look at my mg. it says it's 500mg per capsule. So, I guess I'm starting with 250mg. Dang! That seems really low.

Its good tp start low. I had cramps and little sleep cause i started too high!

Im taking mainly to balance out my whole system and to make my hormones level so i can think about PM.
But if i got bigger boobies that would be awesome and i wont take pueraria then
