In fact , i cut down on chocolate, sugar and processed stuff too. Im also completely vegetarian. Eating greens and fruits daily. I am lactose intoletant, soya milk is my option.

How sould I replace coffee? Ginseng is better?
My problem is breakfast! Without coffee I don't wake up, but probably is a dipendence of my mind.
