Sounds OK soy isn't a popular choice did you use it? Pm is great and you should see results im not familiar with the brand but its nice that the dose is low so you might not need to cycle how do you plan to take it?
Are you planning to gain weight too? You say 32b to 34 dd the only way to go up in the band is to have a bigger back is that what you want as well as breast?
That could help make your nbe faster.
But charlie girl is right try to find correct fitting bra before nbe it will show your results much better also it can help with fat redistribution to the breast which the wrong bra pushes fat out of breast.
You seem to have good start measurements though you should grow alot.
