So to make my own noogleberry I used just some plain funnels I found at Walmart in the baking isle! I made sure that I thought it would fit over my breast and that the edges were rounded off so they wouldn't hurt! The pump I used is just a hand held pump that came with a sec toy I had lol it went to a vagina pump I don't use anymore. But I also made a pump with the pump end of a turkey Baster and some clear plastic tubing. I then attached the end of the pump to the stem of the funnel and put gorilla glue around part were they fit together to make an air right seal and viola noogleberry lol. As far as my dosage I didn't notice any side effects! I have switched my fenugreek to Dong Quai though I take 3 pills 500mg and 4 pills pf red clover at 400mg every day. So far I'm about 8 months in now bad have gone from a b cup to now a full C!
