I thnik it's becase from the very begining they weren't small, maybe loose but you weren't flat. So you had a lot of tissue to fill up. And a bit regular work and here's your amazing result. I think if you keep doing it on regular basis you'll end up getting full D cup very soon.
But even now they look perfect.
