*sighs* some doctors who are not educated on herbs or other methods of NBE will tell you that herbs, BO, etc. etc. are bad for fertility cause really they have no clue about it and they will just suggest plastic surgery *rolls eyes*. If you want real info from a specialist contact a herbologist.
BB and Ultra Breast are Bovine Ovary. If you decide to go with one of them you will need to intake about 80mg to 100mg of protein a day, you don't have to drink shakes it's just most of us do because it's hard to get that much protein in your normal diet. I normally get about 30 to 60mg of protein per day just from my normal eating then I drink a 25mg protein shake once or twice a day. You can go to any store and pick up protein shake mixes, just look on the container to see how much protein there is per scoop, I recommend 25mg per scoop. I drink either chocolate flavored or I get the non-flavored isolate whey protein and I put the non-flavored in smoothies, juice, etc. etc. it can be mixed in anything, even soups.
As far as herbs or BO working without you having a child yet, that is not true, I have seen people get results and they have not had kids yet from either herbs or BO. Really what you decide to take is completely up to you! Just do your research on both and find which one you think may be better for you. Generally with herbs, you will need to take more pills per day than taking a BO product. As I said just read read READ!!!
