So...hello everyone, I'm am 28 year old female who, as of today is starting her NBE. I've worn 32A, and briefly a 34B when I was pumping milk for my now 2 year old son. Pumping lasted three months of heartbreak and difficulty, due to nipple inversion. I had surgery to correct the inversion, and while I experienced improvement, I still did not get that part of my desired look.

Pretty much as soon as I found this forum, and read through I decided NBE would be my preferred approach rather than more surgery. I feel that doing this, I might be more attune with my body. Through massage I might actually touch my breasts without feeling disappointment, stemming from my difficulty nursing. I'd be caring for them, instead of avoiding the hassle.

And who wouldn't like bigger breasts? There's a little vanity, sure. As a new mom, I want to feel sexier and not so plain. Thankfully, the husband is supportive.

Anyhow these are my measurements:
Underbust 29.5"
Bust 33"
(I realize I've worn ill fitting bras, so Ill have to right that.)

As for my routine:
massage 2x daily - flax seed oil/cocoa butter oil
fenugreek(610mg) 2x daily
red clover (400mg) 1x daily
saw palmetto160mg) 2x daily
primrose oil(500mg) 4x daily

Ordered PM and a noogleberry, will incorporate in routine gradually.
