As everyone said you are already beautiful and more feminine than most starting your boobs and body are nicer than mine and I'm biologically female.
As for being a woman in public maybe start by taking it slow until you feel more confident like dressing to go shopping or out with your wife or somewhere you don't normally go even just alone for a drive. I really doubt your femininity will be questioned from your look anywhere, like you said you are small and have more female features so maybe the voice would be a good to start.
I think its a journey you will learn all the things that go into being a woman as you go along not everything at once and you will become the sexy latina.
