how do i order noogleberry?

stumbled onto this forum days ago and have browsed the threads since. i'm however still unsure of how to order nb - do i email lucy? i'm also unsure of how exactly to use the pumps (seems complicated, what with the different sizes of domes, getting them to stay, and actually pumping). is there a video for newbies?
