My skin is not better since taking PM, experienced mild breakouts. It also makes me quite emotional and extremely aroused. It makes my lips puffy and pink.
SP is the only herb that gave me amazing skin, I've always head soft and clear skin but since starting NBE, I've experienced a lot of dryness and break outs. So I dont agree to it being the fountain of youth, I think different people reacts differently according to the needs of the body. Your body just needed estrogen so it responded well to it.

I think it's because you already had enough E in your body, then, by taking PM which is very strong in E you overloaded your system with too much good stuff.

But if that was the case I wouldn't of grown 2 inches from it, right? I think I was estrogen dominant preNBE but with a few cycles with only PC, it definitely balanced my hormones. I haven't experienced any of the symptoms I had before even on PM like PMS, tender breast, foggy thinking, horrible cramps and the list goes on.
Every herbs or supplement I took gave me breakouts even MSM! So far the only things that helped clear my skin is fish oil and SP. I'm quite happy with the good side effects I'm getting from Estrogen but to me, I have experienced bad ones too.
