I think the saddlebag look is an illusion that will go away if you gain weight. All bodies have to take up that room to hold its structure. Strength training for less than 30 minutes a week may help you, but if you work out to where it takes you days to regain from soreness, that will work against you.

White peony converts testosterone into estrogens, and Reishi reduces DHT which works against you. Estrogen has to be balanced out by Progesterones and Prolactin during different times.
