Well, title says it all, I've been on the Perfect C programme for a week and (not that I'm impatient, lol) I've been reading through what everyone is doing and not entirely confident with using just Perfect C as others seem to think it's a rip off. I will still be taking it as I've already paid £155 for the 3 month supply and after only a week my boobs feel a bit tingly which is new and hopefully a positive sign :-) I have however just purchased a bottle of fenugreek and will start on them tomorrow. I plan to take 2 x 610mg capsules in the morning and continue with my 3 Perfect C capsules after dinner. Drinking 1.5 litres of water a day and hoping for the best. The good thing is after 9 long years in the betting industry I started a new job this week (going brilliantly) and nice timing on my part, I am working for a major health specialist store and get 25% discount on all products so my fenugreek was nice and cheap :-)

Just wanted to share as I don't really have many friends in the "real world"
