I have been reading up on PM in general and I'm very impressed.
However, given that I had my son less than a year ago and I'm not ready for another one, I'm on birth control pills... kariva (a generic one - combo of ethinyl estrodial and desogestrol).
Here's the mg breakdown for the pills:
days 1-21: 0.15 mg desogestrel, 0.02 mg ethinyl estradiol
days 22-23: 0.00 mg of anything!
days 24-28: 0.01 mg ethinyl estradiol, no desogestrel
So, I guess my questions are:
1) does anyone on here take PM while on birth control? specifically, while on the pill?
2) i'm fully prepared to cycle this correctly - 14 or 15 days starting on day 1 of my period - and want to make sure this is status quo for those on birth control
3) am i nuts to consider this? i can't find much about interactions of PM with birth control...
