Yeah, I talked to my guy again about this and he said just to try to remember to stand and walk with a very upright posture. Basically stick my butt out as much as I can remember to. And to do that yoga pose I mentioned at least once or twice a day, and that should help enough. I've kind of tucked my butt in/hips forward, while standing, for so long that those muscles have tightened up. My lower back didn't arch in much at all, it looked almost flat. Its getting better now though since I'm stretching the muscles out. And he said that some dip-in is good, not too much or I'll have back problems.

My trainer said the same thing. At first I told him "No way! Don't make my upper body bigger, just my lower body". Lol. My upper body looks like it gets muscle gain waaaay faster than my lower body. (less fat up top? I dunno). But after he explained what you just said, I was game for lat and shoulder excersizes
