Hello everyone.
I Need some insight here as i just switch my NBE program with Puera powder, maca powder and combination Birth Control to just Puera Powder and Progesterone based Birth control this cycle.
Today is my ovulation day (Based on my period calendar ive been using for months) and i got some light brown-ish spotting.
Id never experienced this kind of thing before.
What is this?
Is this any bad sign for NBE?
Should i continue taking the puera powder and progesterone based BC that ive been taking?
