Typically with NBE your breasts become fuller before they become bigger. Just the way it is, but I would look at it as a good sign, after they get so full they start to get bigger. And put down the measuring tape! That is the worst thing in staying motivated and determined in NBE. If you start up another program, do not constantly measure or feel yourself to see if you've grown, this will only discourage you, it's best to wait a month or two then measure. Only measure every month or so, not every day or every week. I've been doing NBE for 4 or so years, so I can relate on being involved that long. But the key is staying dedicated, being consistent, and not stressing so much. I've gone from a 32A to a 32C in my journey. And now going for a D or DD. So I know NBE does work, but it takes time and you have to be consistent. You can try something for a few weeks or a couple of months and then just cause the tape measure didn't move give up.
