Hey folks. Sooo...I am brand new here. How the heck do I use this site. I'm a 34 A -- 
. And I have been reading about herbs. I was thinking about taking Pueraria Mirifica ( Kwao Krua), Fenugreek, wild yam, and saw palmetto all at the same time. Is this wise? And how much should I be taking? Also, sorry for all the questions, but where do you find all of these programs??
