Are Spearmint and peppermint tea similar in terms of its uses and benefits for being anti-androgen and pro-estrogen etc.? I read online that the only difference in that peppermint has a chemical menthol for its more robust taste, but other than that it's similar...can an expert pls help me confirm ?

I have like boxes of peppermint tea at home, don't want to have to buy spearmint if it's just as useful
