Hi babes, feeling the struggle too. Could the professionals enlighten us on what we should be trying to achieve? Is it a hormonal balance? Or is it elevated estrogen?
Somehow after much failure I get the idea that we're aiming for a BALANCE of female hormones. Then massage, eating healthy saturated fats (coconut oil, avocado), noogleberry...
So maybe we should be taking general herbs like raspberry leaf, licorice, dong quai, blessed thistle etc. and make use of what our body is capable of producing. Not supplementing with phytoestrogens like PM.
Please correct my thinking if I'm wrong, would greatly appreciate it xx
