2g MSM this morning, 10g Maca and 50g blueberries on my usual porridge for the vit c for MSM absorption.
Official weigh day yesterday I had lost another pound (same today)
measurements 40 ~ 31.5 ~ 38.5 (bust was 42" leaning over) - my hips have increased (edit* not quite the inch I thought though, only half an inch)! I've not measured my 'fullest part' aka butt yet, if it's increased I will edit
*edit2 fullest part around butt is 40" which it was at the end of June, I skipped measuring July so I either lost and gained back or never changed, but my butt does feel rounder.
