There is another girl well known in South Korea who grew her breasts from A cup to E cup in 7 years.
Here is the segment of a TV program she appeared.

This is the list of what she did for her breasts she said in the episode,

1. Drink a lot of milk (she mentioned strawberry flavoured but that does not sound important)
2. Breast muscle workout. avoid aerobic exercise
3. Acupuncture to stimulate the nerves around the breasts
4. A lot of meat for protein and fat
5. Pueraria Mirifica Powder around 20 times a day with water, meal and anything.(She did not notice at the moment that dosage can be harmful)

And later in other interview she said;

1. She took Pueraria Mirifica powder. In the beggining she ate the powder many times a day
but later she heard about possible hormonal side effects of PM(like metrohypertrophia) from News and started being worried. She reduced the amount to proper dosage
and had medical check up regularly from gynecologist.
2. Massage is very important. She once used to massage her breasts for 7 hours in total a day.
She didn't have any special method. She gently grabbed and release everytime she remembered.
When she started from petite A cup, she only pull her breasts. She started having visible result (a half cup size) in 6months.
Then when she started getting bigger size she rotated them and after 5 or 6 years she reached E cup.

She does not take Pueraria Mirifica anymore. She only does massage and workout.
