Thanks Michi - your results look promising so far :-)
So, I decided on 100mg only for PM... started yesterday on cycle day 1. I'll let you all know how it goes...
the brand I chose is on amazon... Nature's Answer, 60 capsules. One bottle will last me about 4 months since I'm cycling it.
If I don't see effects I might take 2 a day, but not the first round/month.
