my adivce is to wait on the NBE until you have reached your weight loss goal,
by all means once you have achieved it don't stop working out or change your overall diet if that is what is working for you, but wait until you have achieved one goal before you go onto starting/achieving another...
trying to lose fat while trying to grow it somewhere else is confusing for your body.....
however if you'd like to try something while you are on your weight loss journey i would suggest massage, daily.... i personally use olive oil for mine, sometimes coconut oil
remember massage should be fun, when it becomes a chore it won't work because your body/mind/heart won't be into it...that goes for anything.
