Hi there.
Welcome to breast nexus.
I relate to how you feel for my breasts are constricted however I never felt the tingles or sensations anyone describes.
I can't tell you much definitively for you posted no photos.
But I will do my best without (:
Regardless of external appearances, a hormone panel is your safest bet to begin nbe without guess work (per se) and without ruining an already balanced system , if you do so have one.
To do this without a doctor depends on your location as some states, cities, countries have laws about it. But most don't. If you go to the zrt labs website you can find out if your location allows it at home and order a test. I suggest the prog, est, test, dhea, cort test for 170.00 as it gives you a good idea of your hormones and their relationship to each other. If all of your hormones are balanced, you can supplement with herbs that boost each one in small doses . If not, you can supplement accordingly.
Depending on your actual shape, noogleberry is supreme for lifting, peeking and rounding. The problem with tuberous breasts is that there is constricted tissue caused by fibrous collagen . Noogleberry cannot fix this , it will improve your shape but within reason. I find my breasts are rounding yes. But my areolas are still pretty puffy and I attribute this to the fibrous ring behind them. So remain realisitic.
If you look up mayo fascial release massage technique and master it on your breasts, specifically the fibrous ring. You may be able to improve this too. But I'm not sure. it's just something I am trying on myself and is good for the totality of breast health so why not , right? Also, massage. Massage. Massage. All different kinds. Constriction could mean poor lymph drainage which can't itself be a precursor to cancer so it's always good to help the girls out.
Finally, if you'd like to check out my threads, you can see my progress from January -July with massage and July to now with noogleberry.
Cheers,
Beckie
