Some definite changes. I'll measure again once I hit a month.
I increased my glandulars to twice a day and split my collagens and MSM so whole dose is taken in half AM half PM.
other than my body feeling more awake and changes in scent/taste I haven't noticed anything to do with my breasts. I also have been getting hung over with just three beers. my desire to drink at all is really diminishing. I'm out of beer and have no desire to restock!
I love the overall better mood too.
today I am getting progesterone cream and thyroid glandular. is there a certain brand of PC I should look for? How long does a 2oz bottle last?
