Hey! I am new to PM too, I havent started it yet but I want to, I hear really good things about it -- as far as hormones go, I heard it can be tricky but I do think its worth a shot seeing as everyone's body is different. You can always stop taking it and im sure everything will return to normal.
anyways, I heard you cycle it by taking it from period start. Thats what I plan on doing as well when I start mine.
