Pom, thanks to you I am working harder on my positive thoughts! I know it can make a difference.
Well, it looks like I gave myself a tiny faint bruise to my upper boobie. I've been massaging a lot on the middle and uppers and working on pressure points.
I feel like they are changing and they have "feelings" today. Not exactly tingles, but close. They are also a bit tender/sore from all the massage. I've been doing a lot of fat brushing, cupping/squeezing and rotations. I looove the fat brushing and feel like it helps with shape. Oh, I'm noogling every day and have been trying to get in at least an hour a day. I still try to do around 7/2 with my heating pad during the 2. I still feel like the heating pad makes a difference. I am sure it helps with circulation, as does the massage.
Still taking my water, vitamins, protein shake, etc. I'm struggling with exercise due to my work schedule. But, exercise is about 3x weekly so not too terrible.
