Where to start? Interested, but confused...

Given your family history of breast cancer I would be cautious about doing anything that could raise your estrogen levels. Very cautious.

Start massaging, it can only be positive for your breast health. I really like my Noogleberry, too. Massage and noogle together can do wonders for breast growth, IMO.

Thanks! Would you suggest staying away from any oils that have an effect on hormones? I searched a bunch of different oils to massage with but it seems like a lot of them can effect estrogen or progesterone. I'm sure a lot of things can impact hormone levels, but if this is something I use several times a day, every day I'm thinking I should try to choose an oil that doesn't have that big of an impact.

When I searched the forum for different oils and creams it seems like everyone is most interested in the cream or oil that works the best, in terms of what produces greater breast growth. I'm guessing these oils and creams have the most impact on hormones which is why they are so good at helping breast growth. But these are the oils and creams I'm most afraid of. Can noogle and massage still work without these kinds of oils and creams? For people who did use these high estrogenic oils, aren't you afraid of any negative impact on your horomon levels and health (or maybe I'm just extra sensitive because of my family history)?

I'll get my hormone levels checked and then go from there. Thanks for your help! Smile
