Hi, kittymilky,... i am taking
RC 1,290 (first month) then 1380mg (3caps) now coz my old bottle isn't available for now... so i got a higher one...
FS 1,830mg (3caps)
SP 1800mg (4caps)
Per day,... so, for me, maybe it's ok?
but Don't know the differece of dosage between capsules and tea
