Hi all,i'm new to this forum Smile

I heard about NBE a week ago and started a little researching that led me to here.I started my own little program 2 days ago..From reading your stories a question came up-when you achieve your goal,how do you keep it,do your breast go back to the size you had before, if you stop your program?
