I took bovine ovary and bovine pituitary for one month. I had no ill side effects after quitting either. again, I think you should take bovine orchic since it has male hormones. bovine ovary helped give me breast growth and if you do not want to grow breast, you should avoid using it.
I am currently taking bovine thyroid, bovine adrenal, bovine placenta. I enjoy the glandulars because they do not give me unwanted side effects. I have been on the adrenal and thyroid for nearly 2 months and placenta for almost a month. the adrenal and thyroid have done wonders for me. I have hardly experienced anxiety or adrenaline rushes since starting them. the thyroid has helped me gain weight/muscle I have struggled with weight gain my entire life and am extremely happy with the results.
I haven't noticed much difference with the placenta yet other than giving me a yeast infection. I will measure myself on the 1st (first day of my cycle) & again on my 30 day Mark of using the placenta to see if I'm getting any results for breast growth.
The progesterone cream/spray really improves my mood and gives me a much more balanced feeling in general and recommend it to everyone.
Glandulars can take up to 3 months to noticed a change, so if you aren't getting immediate results give it time. from what I noticed most people get results pretty fast.
FYI pituitary improves both adrenal and thyroid function while increases oxytocin and prolactin levels. (Not sure if you need help in those areas)
