Hey guys - just thought I'd mention that my goat's rue was liquid extract and shatavari dried herb - do you think the shatavari would be therefore a 'lower dose' than i was taking before?

Depends on the extract concentration. I've seen extracts that are diluted to one quarter strength and extracts that are 30 times more concentrated. An extract is also easier on the stomach.

hmm, well on 1000mg a day of this shatavari plus one vitex capsule nothing's happening so far, might order some more gr or try fg again

A super minimal amount of shatavari is 2,000 mg. But a strong extract may require much less. A weak extract is different of course.

Thanks. what's a maximum? gonna increase my dose i think. and should i add more vitex if i do that? on 40mg atm.
