hey there.
I'm on Depo Provera progesterone only birth control Shot.
as well as Evening primrose oil (aromatase booster) 3x/daily + multi vits & fish oil.
okay so my confusion lies here!!!!
I want something to inhibit DHT, but I've read things like spearmint and saw palmetto, green tea, can get in the way of bc and/or estrogen.
since my bc is only PROgesterone, I'm assuming it won't????
i really don't wana get preggo right now lol...
i just want an herb or SOMETHING that will inhibit DHT & not reduce my bc.
i take evening primrose oil as an aromatase booster, and may start PM soon, although i know its estrogenic .....
SOMEONE please give me some insight. I'm so stuck & all my research is contradicting each other =,[[
